What is the minimum order quantity?

Standard MOQ is 100 pieces per SKU. Mixed carts are fine as long as each line meets 100 pcs.

How does tiered pricing work?

Unit price drops automatically at 100, 500 and 1000+ pieces. Log in with an approved trade account to see your tier prices.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Wire transfer, credit card, PayPal and Alipay. Approved trade accounts can apply for 30-day credit terms.

Can you supply material certificates?

Yes — material test certificates (MTC 3.1) are available on request and included for regulated applications.

What if a part is out of stock?

Stock is shared across our warehouses. If an item shows out of stock, request a quote and we will confirm the next production slot.
