Nitrile rubber (NBR):MaxTemperature 100 Celsius,good resistance to oil

Silicone rubber:(VMQ):MaxTemperature 200 Celsius,common oil resistant ,non-toxic good waterproof,

Viton:Tmax 280,good oil-resistant,wear – resistant corrosion – resistant

EPDM:Tmax 150,Good Oxidation resistance, ozone resistant and anti erosion,Common oil resistant.

polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE):Tmax 280,non-stick very non-reactive Acid alkali resistance, resistance to organic solvents extremely low coefficient of friction.

Advantage:

NBR has good resistance to mineral oils, vegetable oils, benzene/petrol, ordinary diluted acids and alkalines.

Weak point:

Not suit for polar solvent,ex.ketone,Ozone,nitro-hydrocarbon,MEK,chloroform

Application:

Fuel container , lube oil container,Hydraulic oil of oil ,silicone lube,water,

diester lube sealing.It’s widely used and lower cost for oil.
