1. Orders

All orders are subject to stock availability and acceptance. Minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per SKU unless agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Pricing

Prices shown exclude freight, duties and taxes unless stated as DDP. Tier discounts apply automatically at the qualifying quantity.

3. Trade accounts

Trade accounts are approved at our discretion. We may suspend an account that is used for resale outside agreed terms.

4. Payment

Standard terms are payment before dispatch. Approved accounts may receive 30-day credit terms.

5. Returns

Standard catalogue items may be returned within 30 days in original packaging. Custom-manufactured items are non-returnable.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
